Terms of Service

Version 0.1 (draft) · 12 July 2026.

1. The service

HEARTBEAT is a subscription project-delivery platform including issue tracking, field operations, quality management, analytics ("autopilot"), and optional voice input. Features vary by plan.

2. Accounts & organisations

An organisation administrator controls its workspace, members, and data. You are responsible for the accuracy of what your team records and for keeping credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other tenants.

3. Acceptable use

Per the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: lawful use only, no attempts to breach tenant isolation, no abusive load.

4. Data

Your organisation owns its work records. We process them per the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Agreement. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is scheduled for deletion.

5. The autopilot is advisory

Engine outputs (forecasts, recommendations, anomaly flags) are decision support, not professional advice. Milestone, quality and safety decisions remain human decisions; the product is deliberately designed so that writes require human confirmation.

6. Availability & support

Service levels by plan are described in the applicable SLA. We may perform maintenance with notice where practical.

7. Fees

Subscription fees are billed per plan and seat as displayed at purchase, plus applicable taxes (including GST where relevant). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days' notice. You may cancel at term end at any time.

10. Governing law
