Why per project instead of per seat?
Because the signal that powers the autopilot comes from everyone on the job — crew leaders, QC inspectors, subcontractors. Charging per seat would push you to leave people out, which starves the engine. Per-project pricing means you put the whole site in.
What counts as an "active project"?
A project with a locked baseline that the engine is actively steering. Planning drafts and archived/closed projects don't count.
Is our data kept in India?
Yes. HEARTBEAT is a managed service with data resident in India and a DPDP-aligned posture. Enterprise plans add region pinning and a signed DPA. See Security.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes — we typically start with one live corridor or site rollout so you can see the early-warning and the arithmetic on your own data before scaling.
Can subcontractors and clients get access?
Yes, as governed external parties and status-only client portals — included from the Business plan. They never see anything commercially sensitive by default.
