Status reports lie
by omission.

A green dot on a slide can hide a corridor that's been slipping for a month. We built HEARTBEAT to close that gap — an early-warning layer for the world's hardest projects, where a schedule is a promise measured in crores and monsoons.

THE THESIS

Delivery data already exists. Nobody listens to all of it at once.

Every day a project emits hundreds of signals — quantities poured, tests passed and failed, sign-offs waiting, crews tiring. Humans can hold three of them in their head. The gap between reality and the plan builds quietly until a milestone review makes it undeniable, and by then the cheap window to fix it has closed.

HEARTBEAT treats delivery as a control problem. It reads the signals together, measures how far you are from the plan and how long the gap has been growing, tempers the answer with human factors, and hands you one verdict and a ranked set of corrections — each one showing the arithmetic. Not a smarter dashboard. A closed loop.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Principles we build by.

🧮

Explainable over clever

Every number traces to a formula. If we can't show the arithmetic, we don't ship the recommendation.

⛑

Field-first

The truth lives on site. If the crew leader won't use it in 45 seconds offline, it doesn't work.

⚖

Governance by default

Approvals, audit and access aren't add-ons. They're how the product behaves out of the box.

🧩

Configure, don't fork

Every industry is a template over one model — never a separate codebase that drifts apart.

👤

Judgment stays human

The engine recommends and records. People accept, modify or override — and it learns from the outcome.

🌱

Protect the crew

The overload cap is engine law. We will not ship a plan that's built on burning people out.

Building something hard? So are we.

Whether you want a demo, a pilot, or a conversation about where delivery software should go next — we'd like to hear from you.
